At Flo₂Flow, we take a regulation-first approach to breathwork.

Choose the experience that feels right for you through private experiences, open group sessions, retreats or one-on-one support.

From there, our experiences follow two pathways designed to support nervous system awareness, emotional safety and deeper connection through the breath.

Conscious Connected Series

A foundational breathwork pathway designed to support greater awareness of the body, breath and nervous system through guided Conscious Connected Breathwork experiences.

Breathnotics Series

A guided breath-led experience combining breathwork, immersive sound and subconscious exploration designed to support reflection, emotional awareness and personal insight.
